Chemlease® MPP: Haftvermittler / Grundierung für Formensubstrate

Chemlease® MPP sind Haftvermittler und Formengrundierung für Kunststoff- und Metallformen, geeignet u.a. für Substrate aus Polyester (Gelcoat- und Nicht-Gelcoatverfahren), Epoxid- oder Phenolharz. MPP sind sehr gute Porenfüller, ersetzen aber keine Verwendung von Trennmittel. Die Nutzung ohne Trennmittel kann zu erheblichen Schäden am Werkzeug führen. Ebenso finden MPP-Produkte Verwendung zur Reparatur und Auffrischung von beanspruchten Formenoberflächen.

Chemlease® Sealer wurden entwickelt als Basisbeschichtung für das Aufbringen von Trennmitteln. Versiegler verschließen mikroporöse Strukturen und unterstützen die Trennwirkung der Trennmittel.
